How to make a lantern?

This year, we are instructing
school teachers & children,
along with other community members, on how to make additional
styles of lanterns to carry in the parade .

These lanterns will suit various ages, abilities, and tastes, and so will be a beautiful addition to our lantern parade.

Coming together in the workshops to create our lanterns has proven to be a highly enjoyable activity, and an opportunity to work with other locals - however if you'd prefer to make your lantern at home, click on one of the links at the bottom of this page.
